Currently serving as a Partner at Areteminds Technologies Pvt Ltd, a distinguished organization offering a spectrum of services including Digital Services, Cloud Solutions, and DevOps expertise, Rakesh is a seasoned professional certified in Risk and Information Systems Control.

At the helm of Digiward Solutions Pvt Ltd since its founding in April 2016, Rakesh has been the driving force behind this IT solutions and services startup. His strategic leadership has instilled efficiency, security, transparency, and quality into the company's ethos. Rakesh possesses a unique ability to translate concepts into tangible outcomes, leading reorganization efforts, cultivating a transparent workplace culture, and devising robust business strategies. His audit expertise spans Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

In his previous role as Director at [24]7.ai from February 2002 to March 2016, Rakesh pioneered practices in Information Security, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Digital Forensics, and Corporate Governance. He implemented global ISMS frameworks, fortified security with SIEM, DLP, and DRM solutions, and spearheaded initiatives in incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Rakesh is an active contributor to community service and holds leadership roles within Rotary International. His roles include Community Service Director, Chairman for BASIS 2.0, Director of Public Image, Co-chairman for BASIS 3.0, and currently, he serves as the Director/ Chairman for Communications and Public Image at RAGCED and the Chairman for the South Asian Chapter of RAGCED.
